This $100 million project, covering over 360,000 m², focuses on energy efficiency and green spaces. As an electronic component manufacturing plant, Goertek sets high demands for factory functionality and precision. The factory is designed to comfortably accommodate at least 15,000 workers in its first phase, with wide, airy corridors, high greenery ratios, and ceilings oriented toward natural elements.
