With a total investment of approximately USD 5.4 billion by SCG Group (Thailand), the Long Son Petrochemicals Complex is one of the largest petrochemical facilities in Vietnam.

This dual-complex facility faces extreme challenges, combining coastal conditions and harsh chemical exposure that demand strict standards for durability and corrosion resistance. To meet these requirements, the project applied COLORBOND® steel with AM – ACTIVATE™ technology, ensuring outstanding anti-corrosion performance, structural longevity, and sustainable aesthetics.
