Preffered Subtrates :	AZ100 (Zn/Al Alloy-Coated Steel).
Pre-treatment :	Corrosion resistant proprietary conversion coating.
Topside Primer Coat :	Universal corrosion inhibitive. Nominal thickness : 5 micron.
Finishing Coat :	Custom-formulated super polyester paint system with high-performance pigments with food grade (USDA) and antibacterial feature on the top surface. Nominal dry film thickness 17µm on the top or weather side.
Backside Primer Coat	Universal corrosion inhibitive. Nominal thickness : 5 micron.
Backside Coat :	Custom formulated foam grey. Nominal thickness : 5 micron.
